Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship to all countries. All orders are automatically shipped to the address entered during checkout.

Please make sure you have entered your address correctly. If you need to change your address please email Hello@MorganCerese.com before the package is shipped.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the package. Lightweight items such as unframed prints, jewelry, and compact mirrors typically cost about $3.50 to ship within the USA.

For your convenience, there is a shipping calculator at the bottom of the cart page so that you can estimate the cost before starting the checkout process!

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping is free within the USA when your subtotal is $35 or more!


What payment methods do you accept?

I accept credit card, debit card, AfterPay, Shop Pay. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Microsoft Pay.

 

I don't see where to put my discount code!

If you're still looking at your cart, click "Buy Now." Once the checkout page loads, you should see the box to enter your code.

If you're using a mobile device or tablet, you may need to tap the drop down arrow at the top next to "Summary." Then you will see the box to enter your code.

If the code is for free shipping, please fill in your address information first. Otherwise the code will not work.


Do you accept other currencies?

Yes, even though all prices are listed in USD, all currencies will be accepted at the current exchange rate.

 

Why did I receive my order in 2 packages?

If you have ordered multiple items, some may need to be printed and made to order by the manufacturer I have partnered with. This include items such as large posters, tote bags, pillows, etc. 
I also sell items that I are already made and kept in stock (art prints, mugs, buttons, jewelry, compact mirrors etc).
For example, if your order contains a pillow and an art print, you will receive the pillow from the manufacturer, and the art print from me.


So when will non-manufactured items arrive?

Within the USA, orders can take a maximum of 8 business days (usually faster) from the time of purchase. This includes the time it takes for the order to be prepared for shipment as I am packaging each piece with love and care.

For international orders, timing will vary due to customs inspection in your country. Thank you in advance for your patience. 

(Please note that merch items and posters are sent directly from the manufacturer and time frames are different from the art prints and originals I send personally.)

 

How long does it take for the merch items and posters to be produced and shipped?

It can take 3-5 business days for the manufacturer to actually produce the printed merchandise, but they usually get it done faster! After the items are produced, they will be shipped to the address entered at checkout. Within the USA, manufactured items will typically arrive in less than a week.


How are the prints packaged?

Unframed prints 8"x10" will be mounted on foam board and shipped flat in a bubble envelope.

Framed prints will be place in the frame and wrapped with bubble wrap to prevent damage. It will be ready to hang as soon as you open it.

 

Some of your original paintings have glitter according to the description but I don't see it in the listing photo.

Glitter is very difficult to catch on camera, but rest assured that paintings with glitter varnish will sparkle and shine!

 

 

What is the return/refund policy?

If an item arrives damaged during shipment, I'd love to send you a replacement.

Please take a photo of the damage and email it to me at Hello@MorganCerese.com. Be sure to include your order number.

Returns can be initiated within 3 days of receiving your item. If you would like to return an undamaged item please email Hello@MorganCerese.com with your order information. The initial shipping charge you paid is nonrefundable. A small restocking fee of $2.75 USD will also be deducted from your refund.
