Yes, I ship to all countries. All orders are automatically shipped to the address entered during checkout.
Please make sure you have entered your address correctly. If you need to change your address please email Hello@MorganCerese.com before the package is shipped.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the package. Lightweight items such as unframed prints, jewelry, and compact mirrors typically cost about $3.00 to ship within the USA (via USPS First Class Mail).
For your convenience, there is a shipping calculator at the bottom of the cart page so that you can estimate the cost before starting the checkout process!
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is free within the USA when your subtotal is $35 or more! Free shipping is usually USPS First Class Mail. If you would like to pay for faster shipping, please select the option during checkout.
Do you offer faster shipping?
Yes! Due to the current extreme delays with the United States Post Office (USPS), I've decided to offer shipping options with United Postal Service (UPS) as well. UPS Ground and Expedited options are both available during checkout.
Please note that any transit time estimates you see are for after the shipping courier is in possession of the package.
How long does it take to ship?
**Please note that the below delivery estimates are just estimates. Due to the current delays with USPS, if their service is chosen, your package could be delayed for up to 2 weeks.**
Art prints, compact mirrors, jewelry, buttons, and original paintings are packaged by me personally with love and care. I typically package orders within 24 hours. They are then taken to the post office the same day. If the post office is closed, the package is shipped the following business day. When USPS is in possession of the package, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
If you have ordered items such as pillows, posters (not to be confused with art prints), mugs, tote bags, or tshirts, they are made and shipped by a manufacturer. It can take up to 7 business days for the manufacturer to actually produce the printed merchandise, but they usually get it done faster! After the items are produced, they will be shipped to the address entered at checkout. Within the USA, manufactured items will typically arrive in less than a week after it's actually been shipped out.
For international orders, timing will vary due to customs inspection in your country. Thank you in advance for your patience.
Why did I receive my order in 2 packages?
If you have ordered multiple items, some may need to be printed and made to order by the manufacturer I have partnered with. This include items such as large posters, tote bags, mugs, pillows, etc.
I also sell items that are already made and kept in stock (art prints, buttons, jewelry, compact mirrors etc).
For example, if your order contains a pillow and an art print, you will receive the pillow from the manufacturer, and the art print from me.
I'm concerned about your use of packing peanuts. They're bad for the environment.
Just to be clear, I care deeply for the environment. The packing peanuts are only used for certain items that need extra protection. Also, I'd never in my life use the styrofoam packing peanuts.
This is why the packing peanuts I use are 100% organic, biodegradable, non-toxic, edible, and water-soluble. They can be reused, thrown away, or washed down the sink or bathtub. Seriously, try it! It's fun to watch them melt.
What is the return/refund policy?
If an item arrives damaged during shipment, I'd love to send you a replacement.
Please take a photo of the damage and email it to me at Hello@MorganCerese.com. Be sure to include your order number.
Returns can be initiated within 3 days of receiving your item. If you would like to return an undamaged item please email Hello@MorganCerese.com with your order information. The initial shipping charge you paid is nonrefundable. A small restocking fee of $2.75 USD will also be deducted from your refund.
