What medium do you use?

I am a multimedia artist; so I use many mediums! About 60% of my work is digital, meaning I plug a drawing tablet into my computer and create art. The other 40% uses traditional mediums like acrylic paint, oil paint, graphite, and watercolor.

What's the difference between an original and a print?

An original painting is the physical canvas, wood, or art paper that I've drawn/painted a piece on. A print is a professional reproduction of that painting, usually printed on high quality paper. Original paintings cost significantly more than a reproduction.

What's the difference between a print and a poster?

Both are reproductions of original artwork, so they're similar. 

Prints: In my shop they come in sizes 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, and 12x18 inches. They're printed by a professional art print shop onto thick cardstock and then packaged by me in a protective clear plastic sleeve. Prints are kept in my personal stock, so when you order one it's coming directly from me.

Posters: They're made to order and then shipped to you by a third-party manufacturer. Posters can be as large as 24 x 36 inches (2 x 3 ft)! If you need something larger than 11x14, then you should check out the posters section.

Do you do custom artwork/commissions?

Due to time restraints in my schedule, I'm currently not accepting requests for custom artwork/commissions at this time. 

However, I am open to collaboration. If you are a company, brand, artist, or representative of the former, please email your project pitch/inquiry to hello@morgancerese.com.

Which products are handmade?

Art mirrors, art pendants, crystal pendants, and pin-back buttons are handmade by me. Mugs are also now printed by me!

Can you make me a custom mirror or pendant?

Yes, please email me at hello@morgancerese.com with the details so I can send a mockup and also invoice you for this custom order! 

Please keep in mind that these kind of custom orders should already have the completed design/logo/photo ready to go. 

How do I place my order?

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing. You can see all of the product categories in the menu.

Once you have everything you want in your shopping cart, click "Buy Now." From there, you will need to enter your shipping address and payment information. 

Double check your information and then click the "Complete Order" button.

That's it! You should see a confirmation page with your order number and details.

I already placed my order but I want to add or remove something.

Please contact me as soon as possible via the chat icon in the lower right corner of your screen. If the chat is unavailable, you can also email me at hello@morgancerese.com. It is important to contact me immediately since most orders are shipped out the same day if it's an item that I personally package (art prints, compact mirrors, mugs, buttons, jewelry, etc).

I don't see where to put my discount code!

If you're still looking at your cart, click "Buy Now." Once the checkout page loads, you should see the box to enter your code.

If you're using a mobile device or tablet, you'll need to tap the drop down arrow at the top next to "Summary." Then you will see the box to enter your code.

If the code is for free shipping, please fill in your address information first. Otherwise the code will not work.

It won't let me order 2 or more of a certain item!

Some items are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. If this item is an original painting, crystal pendant, or individually listed crystal set, then only one is available. Unique, individually listed items cannot be ordered in multiple quantities.

I need 500 pieces of [item]. Do you do wholesale pricing?

For orders with large quantities per item, please email me at hello@morgancerese.com for a quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, After Pay, Shop Pay, and Microsoft Pay.

I don't see the After Pay option!

Go to your shopping cart and click the Shop Pay button. Then enter your email and phone number, and select "Continue as guest." 

When it's time to select your payment method, you'll see After Pay as an option.

I don't know why, but this is the only way to make After Pay show up as an option during checkout. I'm currently working with someone to help fix this.

Do you accept other currencies?

Yes, even though all prices are listed in USD, all currencies will be accepted at the current exchange rate.

Is my credit card information secure?

Absolutely! The checkout is encrypted and I cannot see your credit card information. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship to all countries. All orders are automatically shipped to the address entered during checkout.

Please make sure you have entered your address correctly. If you need to change your address please email hello@morgancerese.com before the package is shipped.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the package. Lightweight items such as unframed prints, jewelry, and compact mirrors typically cost about $3.50 to ship within the USA (via USPS First Class Mail).

For your convenience, there is a shipping calculator at the bottom of the cart page so that you can estimate the cost before starting the checkout process!

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping is free within the USA when your subtotal is $35 or more! Free shipping is usually USPS First Class Mail. If you would like to pay for faster shipping, please select the option during checkout.

Do you offer faster shipping?

Yes! Due to the current extreme delays with the United States Post Office (USPS), I've decided to offer shipping options with United Postal Service (UPS) as well. UPS Ground and Expedited options are both available during checkout.

Please note that any transit time estimates you see are for after the shipping courier is in possession of the package.

How long does it take to ship?

**Please note that the below delivery estimates are just estimates.**

Art prints, compact mirrors, mugs, jewelry, buttons, and original paintings are packaged by me personally with love and care. I typically package orders within 24 hours. They are then taken to the post office the same or next day. If the post office is closed, the package is shipped the following business day. When USPS is in possession of the package, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

If you have ordered items such as posters (not to be confused with art prints) or tshirts, they are made and shipped by a manufacturer. It can take up to 7 business days for the manufacturer to actually produce the printed merchandise, but they usually get it done faster! After the items are produced, they will be shipped to the address entered at checkout. Within the USA, manufactured items will typically arrive in less than a week after it's actually been shipped out.

For international orders, timing will vary due to customs inspection in your country. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Why did I receive my order in 2 packages?

If you have ordered multiple items, some may need to be printed and made to order by the manufacturer I have partnered with. This include items such as large posters and t-shirts. I also sell items that are already made and kept in stock (art prints, mugs, buttons, jewelry, compact mirrors etc).For example, if your order contains a t-shirt and an art print, you will receive the t-shirt from the manufacturer, and the art print from me.

Damaged items:

If an item arrives damaged during shipment, I'd love to send you a replacement.

Please take a photo of the damage and email it to me at hello@morgancerese.com. Be sure to include your order number.

Returns:

Returns can be initiated within 3 days of receiving your item. If you would like to return an undamaged and unused item please email hello@morgancerese.com with your order information. 

I will provide a return label to send the item back to me. Once the item is received and inspected, I'll process the refund minus shipping costs. (The initial shipping charge you paid is nonrefundable, as USPS does not refund for delivered packages.)  A small restocking fee of $2.75 USD will also be deducted from your refund.
