This piece shows a woman breaking her connection from toxic people who want to hold on to these harmful patterns. She doesn’t pass these patterns along to her own children. The complex thing about breaking generational curses is that those who came before you are only perpetuating what they’ve learned from those who came before them.

The decision to break away can cause a lot of conflict, but ultimately, it’s up to you to choose what you want to pass along the next generation. My hope for this piece is to encourage everyone to be a generational curse breaker!
